Waneta, Lamoka and Cayuta don't count?

Good question, Tim! Though these small lakes date from the last retreat of Ice Age glaciers like the rest of the Finger Lakes, they do differ. The Finger Lakes are all dammed at their southern ends by the Valley Heads Moraine, which forces their outlet streams to flow north, eventually to Lake Ontario. Waneta, Lamoka, and Cayuta all drain south to the Susquehanna, as does Otsego Lake farther east.
